Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church
Proclaiming the Orthodox Faith in Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Philoptochos Society of Tulsa, Oklahoma, is part of a national women's organization that operates or supports various philanthropic activities and ministries.

Our parish of Holy Trinity is blessed with an active, growing Philoptochos chapter with approximately 45 members. We are women of all ages who have become friends and sisters in Christ. By combining our time, talents, and treasures we work together on various philanthropic programs to carry out the mission of Philoptochos.

Our service begins within our own parish and includes several exciting fundraising events including our annual Vasilopita Auction, Garage Sale, and the Festival of Tables Luncheon and Style Show. Our family support teams serve the Holy Trinity Community with emotional and financial support, as well as, helping with meals during difficult times. These same teams also sponsor monthly coffee hours in our parish following Sunday services to promote parishioner fellowship.

A few of our past projects include: earthquake relief in both Greece and Turkey; financial support for a Romanian orphanage; the Support a Mission Priest Program (SAMP) through the Orthodox Christian Mission Center; and locally, John 3:16 Mission, Habitat for Humanity, as well as food, medication, clothing, and health monitoring services for distressed families.

On the Diocesan level, we are part of the Denver Metropolis Philoptochos. We support the Patriarch Athenagoras National Institute, the Bishop Anthimos Scholarship fund, the Mission Churches Fund, the Social Services Emergency Fund, and the Nativity of St. John the Baptist Women's Monastery, and more.

On the National, Archdiocesan, level we support Hellenic College and Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, St. Basil's Academy, the Ecumenical Patriarchate, Archdiocesan Missions, Children's Cardiac Fund, Philoptochos Social Services, Orthodox Christian Mission Center, International Orthodox Christian Ministries, St. Photios Shrine, and the Cancer Fund, plus others.
